Terms of use
Last updated: 9 October 2026
Who we are
MathMe 3D Studio (“MathMe”, “we”, “us”) is operated by [seller’s full legal name], an individual at [business address], India. These terms are an agreement between you and us about using MathMe at mathme.almajeedgroup.in. By creating an account or using MathMe you accept them.
Your account
You sign in with a Google account. Keep that account secure: anything done through it on MathMe counts as done by you.
If you are under 18, a parent, guardian or your school must agree to these terms for you. Schools that give students access through a Campus licence are responsible for getting that consent.
Plans and payment
- Free (Explorer) costs nothing and has the limits shown on the pricing section.
- Plus (Creator) and Pro (Professional) are paid monthly or yearly. Prices are in Indian rupees. The seller is not GST-registered and no GST is charged. The final amount is shown before payment.
- Monthly plans renew automatically each month through a payment mandate (UPI AutoPay, card or e-mandate) until you stop them in Settings. Yearly plans are a single payment for 12 months and do not renew by themselves; we remind you by email before they end.
- Campus licences are sold to institutions for 12 months and cover the number of student and teacher accounts written on the licence. Enterprise terms are agreed in writing.
- Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments. We never see or store your card or bank details.
- When a paid plan ends, your account moves to Free. Your cloud projects are kept and you can still open and edit them, but new projects over the Free limit are saved on your device only, and paid features (such as STL export) are locked again.
We may change prices or plan limits. A price change applies from your next renewal, and we tell you by email at least 15 days before it does. Cancellations and refunds follow our refund and cancellation policy.
Fair use
Plans include monthly or daily allowances (exports, geometry jobs, AI chat messages, cloud projects). Please do not try to get around them, share one paid account between several people, or use automated scripts against the service. We may pause an account that puts the service at risk for others.
What you make
You own the artworks, models and files you create in MathMe. You give us permission to store, process and display them only so that we can run the service for you (for example to save them in the cloud or show them to your class when you share them).
- On Free and Plus you may use your exports for personal, study and teaching purposes, and share them non-commercially.
- On Pro (and Enterprise) you may also use your exports commercially: sell prints, 3D-printed objects or files, and use them in paid client work.
- Some built-in content has its own licence. The heart model comes from the Human Reference Atlas, HuBMAP consortium (CC BY 4.0): keep that credit when you publish work made from it. The 3D text font is Droid Sans (Apache 2.0).
The MathMe software, name and logo stay ours. You may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service.
Acceptable use
Do not use MathMe to make or share content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful or that infringes someone else’s rights, and do not attempt to break into, overload or misuse the service.
Educational content
MathMe explains maths and shows anatomy for learning. The heart atlas is a single reference model, not a patient record, and must not be used to make medical decisions.
The AI helper
The chat helper suggests recipes and steps. Its answers can be wrong; check them before relying on them. Messages you type into it are sent to our AI provider to produce the answer (see the privacy policy).
Availability and liability
We work to keep MathMe available and your projects safe, but the service is provided “as is”. Keep your own copies of important work (MathMe can save project files to your device). To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending your account
You can stop using MathMe at any time and ask us to delete your account (see Contact). We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, and will tell you why.
Changes and law
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we email account holders before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of [city] have jurisdiction.
